Alain brings to Cofomo over 25 years of experience in business growth. His sharp mind and broad expertise have enabled his team to grow Cofomo significantly. Since 2017, Alain has coordinated and overseen all of the company’s strategic and financial functions, including performance management, budgets and acquisitions.

In early 2021, he completed one of the largest transactions in Quebec when Novacap invested in the company, which enables Cofomo to continue and accelerate its acquisition program.

Prior to joining Cofomo, Alain made strong impressions at GardaWorld, Hydro-Québec and Bombardier. Alain holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec.
